强度应该说达到每个人最大能力的60%到80%，强度属于中上。飞行时间越长，这个强度要逐渐增大，只有这样才能够维持他们对抗失重的生理效应。

ALongMarch-2FrocketcarriedtheShenzhou-12toorbitfromJiuquanSatelliteLaunchCenter.Ittookaboutsecondsfortherockettoputthespacecraftintospace.

Thecoremoduleofthespacestation–Tianhe–wasalreadywaitingontheorbit.Servingasaconnectorofotherspacestationmodules,itwaslaunchedbackinApril.

AlreadyconnectedtothestationistheTianzhou-2,acargoshipfilledwithsuppliesneededbythetaikonautstosurvive,workandhavefun.

ThedockingbetweenShenzhou-12andtheChinasspacestationwasdoneautomaticallybymachineswithouthumanintervention.
